1. Festival Orders & Price Guarantees

All prices listed on Diwali Savings include government taxes. Special discount codes and bundle pricing are applicable exclusively during the festival promotional window.

2. Delivery & Express Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same business day. Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours depending on region. Free shipping applies automatically on all orders above ₹999.

3. Green Fireworks Compliance & Safety Standards

All firecracker bundles supplied by Diwali Savings are 100% compliant with CSIR-NEERI Green Cracker regulations. Fireworks must be stored in cool dry places and ignited strictly under adult supervision in open outdoors.

4. Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch with full refund. Damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours with unboxing video proof will receive an instant replacement or refund credit.
